MY LEGS ARE IN AGONY!!!
Yes i know the answer to the above question is an obvious yes if I am serious about toning up and losing weight, but isnt sitting on the sofa browsing BBC sport & sitting on Facebook much easier?
I am of course joking (well i'm a little bit serious) having played Football last night for the mighty "Dagobah" (A 5-a-side team I captain) and hitting the gym this morning my legs hate me. I personally feel better than i have done in months are just a week and going to the gym 3 times as well as one training session and a 5-a-side game last night I've never felt more active in my life, I seem to have more energy and am more positive about everything...Including work.
So after just a short time I hope I continue to feel these aches as it means i wouldn't have given up and will hopefully be looking more like "Van Damme" than "Van Barneveld"
