The Workout

 A little about me/my profile, im 6'0 (183cm) and 12.5st (79 kg) my BMI is/was (when last calculated) around 23.5 which works me out as being pretty healthy and far from the flabby image I see in the mirror which is a pure confidence thing as apose to anything serious (I know i'm not obese im just not comforatable with my body)

So as I sit here waiting for my Jacket potato to finish cooking with Morrissey's dulcet tones

I'm left thinking about my gym routine, and how much i'm enjoying it. This is my workout:

5 Minutes on the crosstrainer
2 sets of 12 reps Leg Press - 70 kg
2 sets of 12 reps Chest Reps - 30kg
2 sets of 10 reps Bicep Curls - 8kg
2 sets of 10 reps Tricep Kickbacks - 5kg
10 drops Swiss Ball Lower Back
20 Lunges w/ 10kg Weights
2 Minute Plank
45 Second (Minimum) Up & Down Plank
2 sets of 12 reps Sit Ups
2 sets of 12 reps Press Ups
3 Forward 3 Backward Bear Crawl
10-15 Minute Treadmill Interval Training

Reading back it really doesn't seem that much, but a week into training and it seems just the perfect ammoun to get me started and my muscles used to the workload again, 40-50 mins per workout.
